Many; on body originally sanded down the bust and shortened the neck to use it as a body for a YoSD head, now modded those back more or less as well as some other minor tweaks as I think most of the details in the original sculpting were heavy-handed. Added horns to the head, bigger and droopier elf ears, "dreaming" upper eyelids, slightly tweaked lips
